Biography

GR Thomas grew up in Melbourne, Australia. She lives within a short drive of a gorgeous mountainous region called the Dandenong Ranges. There was a compelling need to showcase this magical area in Awaken as the place where Sophia grew up. It has a natural ethereal quality about it that just inspired her to imagine what could be living amongst the forests and under the rocks.

She tackled her writing seriously in early 2014 having written down and ripped up countless ideas. It was only then that she felt inspired enough and brave enough to finally sit down and just write without stopping. She is currently working on a sequel to Awaken.
